Happy Valentine's Day! I hope you are celebrating this international day of love with your special people. Recently, I realized that romantic dinners are always shown as pastas and expensive meat dishes with some sort of baked chocolate desert in the end. I don't have a problem with this as I have eaten many delicious romantic dinners like this. However, my recent realization made me wonder what I would make if I wanted to make romantic dinner for someone using my own cuisine. Thus, I was inspired to come up with a special and very Indo-Fijian three-course Valentine's Day menu to impress your special someone with. The menu starts off spicy and ends on a very sweet note. Good luck! 😉

I love my cuisine of course, but if someone took the time out to make such special dishes for me, I would say they are quite special 😍 The rest is up to love and destiny of course 😉 Oh and I have been told that robust, red wines go well with Indian flavors 🍷🍷🍷

I think I have shown that our cuisine can be romantic and special. What do you think?
